about

eng: altough we are Seinfeld fans, we’ve never had songs related to the show. The name of this song didn’t have anything to do with the movie Rochelle, Rochelle (which later became a musical featuring Bette Midler) that was referred to as “a young girl’s strange, erotic journey from Milan to Minsk”. Instead, the lyrics are based on true facts related to Rochelle, an american punk girl we know. It was extremely easy to make it because we thought of it in less than a minute. On a rehearsal practice night, Shere had gone doing #2 (a very common fact at this early age of the band) and Lya told me we needed to make a new song. Minutes later, Shere came into the practice room with a brand new song just waiting to be completed with her lyrics. It was the song we played at the end on most of our first shows and the song we opened with most of our shows in 2009. It was easy to record it, and even though I recorded 2 guitars playing the same thing, it still needed to have the low frequencies range filled, so that’s why I added a pretty simple bass line which even had a fun touch to it at the section with the slow grunge-y part and the final verses. Fun fact: when we finished the album, this song didn’t have much coherence with the rest of the album due to its almost raw and plain nature, so we thought of it as the hidden track which didn’t make much sense on an mp3. The best thing we did was to add some seconds of silence at the beginning of the song to make the transition between Like It Naked and Rochelle very irritating. I think it worked wonderfully.

lyrics

I will kick your ass, fucking crap
You don't get to mess with me
Scummy bitch, I was raised in the streets
Where the law is blue, but I´m red, so you're dead

If you touch her again I will make you scream for help
With my hands I will break both of your legs
And If you cry, I will make sure your mom gets your eyes with a note saying, saying

“Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo!”

Scared yet? well you should.
You should crap right in your pants
‘Cause I'm true, and I have no goods for you
Is the end of a lifetime with a gun instead of balls
And for those, I will bring them, bring them
DOWN! DOWN! DOWN!
